YIT has signed an agreement on selling the Bisnespaja Avia business premises that are based on the Work & Trade concept in Aviapolis, Vantaa, Finland. The property is sold to the non-UCITS Fund OP-Vuokratuotto.

YIT Corporation's Interim Report for January-March 2014 will be published on Friday, April 25, 2014 at approximately 8:00 a.m. Finnish time (EEST). The stock exchange release and presentation materials in Finnish and in English will be published at that time on the company's website at www.yitgroup.com/investors.

YIT's subsidiary in Slovakia, YIT Reding, has started the first phase of a residential project, Tammi Dubravka, in a popular Dubravka district in Bratislava, Slovakia. The value of the first phase is approximately EUR 10 million and it is estimated to be completed in autumn 2015. The value of the whole project is estimated to be around EUR 35 million.

YIT's Estonian subsidiary, YIT Ehitus has started the construction of an apartment building in the historic district of Tiigiveski in Central Tallinn, Estonia. The value of the Tiigiveski project is approximately EUR 10 million, and it is estimated to be completed by the autumn 2015.

YIT has started the construction of two apartment buildings for ICECAPITAL. The total value of the projects is EUR 25.5 million, and the construction is estimated to be completed in the summer of 2015. The apartment building projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area will consist of more than 110 apartments, the total area of which will be slightly over 6,000 floor square metres.

YIT Corporation changed its segment structure as of the beginning of 2014. The company's two reporting segments as of January 1, 2014 are 1) Housing and 2) Business Premises and Infrastructure. Under the Housing segment, key financial figures are also reported for two geographical regions: 1) Finland, the Baltic countries and Central Eastern Europe, and 2) Russia.

The Avia Line 3 office building located in Vantaa's Aviapolis has been awarded LEED Platinum environmental certification. This is YIT's first LEED Platinum certification. There are only about ten properties in all of Finland that have been awarded LEED Platinum certification.

The Board of Directors of YIT Corporation decided on March 18, 2014, to launch a new share-based incentive scheme for key persons, comprising three earnings periods.

YIT Corporation's Board of Directors held its organizational meeting on March 18, 2014. In the meeting the Board decided on the composition of the Personnel Committee and the Audit Committee.

The Annual General Meeting of YIT Corporation held today, March 18, 2014, adopted the 2013 financial statements and discharged the members of the Board of Directors and the President and CEO from liability.
