YIT Corporation has on 19 April 2022 received an announcement under Chapter 9, Section 5 and 6 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding of Virala Oy Ab has exceeded the threshold of 15 per cent. According to the announcement, the holding had exceeded the threshold on 14 April 2022.
